It's a nationwide outreach for Subaru dealerships, giving back to local charities with the "Share the Love" program.Today in Siouxland, Jensen Subaru presented a check for over $6,000 to the June E. Nylen Cancer Center.Between the months of November 17th to January 2018, customers who bought a new Subaru could choose to donate to the local charity with the dealership; donating $400 from each sale.

We all want to give back in some way and it’s great to get the customers involved, the employees are involved, and it’s just a great feeling. So, we choose them because we love the work they do. Obviously, everyone has been affected by cancer so it was a great opportunity for us to give back here locally in Siouxland,” said Troy Fuller, Subaru Sales Manager. For the center, it provides the opportunity to fund new technology for their patients.“You know without local community support like Subaru we wouldn't be able to do the things that we do to support our patients and families, it's mission critical to have gift like this and we are just very thankful to Subaru for reaching out to us and selecting us to be the love campaign charity,” said Karen Van De Steeg with June E. Nylen Cancer Center.Nationwide, U.S. Subaru dealers have donated more than $115 million dollars to charities since the program began.
