Fashion Floors Carpet One Presents Check to Cancer Center

Sioux City’s Fashion Floors Carpet One presented a check in the amount of $2851 to officials at the June E. Nylen Cancer Center Tuesday, December 31 at 10 a.m. The donation represents ten percent of all product sold in the month of October.“We started this promotion in 2008 when my wife, Helen, was a seven-year cancer survivor,” said owner John Hall. “We wanted to give back for the care we received when she received treatment at the Cancer Center.” Hall’s wife passed away in July, 2009.“This is the seventh year of the promotion which has raised over $15,000.
