Join us July 28 for a special art event

Celebrate the 2011 Race for Hope with a special art show, set for Thursday, July 28, from 6-8 p.m. at the June E. Nylen Cancer Center.The event, presented by Lilly Oncology on Canvas, a traveling art exhibition, features works of art submitted by people who have been diagnosed with cancer.This art is currently touring the United States inspiring those on their own cancer journey.Enjoy viewing this art and other works created by our own cancer patients. Enjoy refreshments and see items purchased with proceeds from previous Race for Hope events.Also, meet Dennis Gann and Sam McGowan, this year’s Race for Hope Ambassadors.And while you are there, register for the upcoming Race for Hope, set for Sept. 17, at Adams Nature Preserve.
