Deadline August 30.
The Committee is rolling out the pink carpet to celebrate… the Pink Ribbon Golf Classic has raised nearly $650,000 to benefit the June E. Nylen Cancer Center throughout its history.
Over the years, Pink Ribbon Golf has:
Helped fund the new state-of-the-art PET scanner
Assisted in purchasing cutting-edge radiation treatment equipment
Removed barriers to treatment by benefitting the Patient Assistance Program
Supported the wig boutique and patient support services
And much more!
This year's proceeds will continue to assist with the Cancer Center’s current greatest need of addressing the growing number of cancer patients needing the services of the June E. Nylen Cancer Center by supporting the renovation and expansion of the chemotherapy infusion mixing area and the medically integrated dispensary. These are two behind-the-scenes areas that critically support what the medical team needs to care for the thousands of patients treated each year. This construction project was delayed until later this year due to increased costs – it will be a total of $2.3 million and the Cancer Center is trying to pay for as much of this project as possible with donations.
Congratulations on the 25 years of impact! Thank you for your support that is ensuring the June E. Nylen Cancer Center can continue to provide quality, compassionate, and comprehensive cancer treatment for the people of Siouxland.
