MercyOne Dakota Dunes Breast Care Center is now selling a new design of the Pink Power t-shirts to benefit the June E. Nylen Cancer Center. The Breast Care Center has sold various versions of the Pink Power shirts over the years and their patients appreciate collecting each style.

At this time we are piloting the eConsult Program with just leukemia and lymphoma patients. We have always encouraged second opinions if patients wanted one and the eConsult Program is a convenient option for our most complex leukemia and lymphoma cases that saves them the time and cost of going to a second facility.

While some of the unrestricted funds were set aside for strategic priorities and patient programs and support services, all employees had an opportunity to submit a Request for Funding. A committee made up of representatives from each department reviewed and scored all of the requests. The Committee then met and finalized the allocation of funds.
